Event Policy

1. Registration

• All participants must register before attending the event.
• Registration is non-transferable without prior written permission from the organizers.
• Participants must carry their tickets (digital or printed) for entry.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation, participants will be informed via email.
• A rescheduled date will be shared if applicable.

3. Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation by the organizers, ticket fees (if applicable) will be refunded as per the communicated process.
• No refunds will be processed for participant-initiated cancellations unless specified otherwise.

4. Code of Conduct

• All participants must maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards any participant, speaker, or organizer will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Media & Photography

• The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
• By attending, participants consent to the use of their photographs and videos for event promotions across various platforms.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event team at the registration desk.

6. Privacy

• Participant information collected during registration will be used strictly for event-related communication and networking purposes.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Safety & Security

• Participants must comply with venue safety rules and instructions from the event staff.
• The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the event.

8. Event Changes

• The organizers may change the event agenda, startups, investors, or activities without prior notice to enhance the overall experience.
