Join in as we taste Italian traditions at their finest with a dinner featuring passed-down Sicilian family recipes and Planeta wines, built by a family with roots that span five centuries and 17 generations in Sicily.
With their first winery established in 1995, Planeta founded estates in five territories spanning Sicily from west to east, encompassing a range of terroirs as well as native and international grape varieties. In 2006 Planeta’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil became DOP Val di Mazara, naturally continuing Planeta’s culinary journey honoring the geographical, historical, and cultural aspects of the island of Sicily.
The evening’s menu, comprised of recipes from the cookbook “Sicily: La Cucina Di Casa Planeta,” and selected Planeta wine pairings, lets you experience a portrait of Sicily on your palate through the lens of Planeta’s signature hospitality across their Sicilian estates.
