An Introductory Blues Singing Workshop and Performance drawing parallels with Raga phrasing.
We will touch upon the history of early blues music with some socio-political context followed by a Performance. The workshop will teach you how to sing a simple Blues melody and how to improvise drawing upon foundations common to Indian Classical Music.
