Yoga on the Farm $10

Join local yoga teacher Elizabeth Millard of Hinckley for this fun class here on the farm. This all-levels yoga class gives you a chance to get a little stretching and strength on a Saturday morning and follow it up with delicious beverages and food truck fare! Beginners are always welcome, this will be an easy flow class with modifications if you want to feel more chill than challenged. Bring your mat if you have one, but instructor has extras if you need one.

$10 per session (includes one beverage!) Rain or shine! NO NEED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE. Just show up and join the class!
